This group is designed to help adolescents (aged 14-17) with an autism diagnosis and difficulty with emotion regulation. It aims to teach young people effective coping strategies, reduce self sabotaging behaviours, and reach their goals during these difficult times. We will learn WHY these skills are helpful in managing intense emotions while improving the relationships we have with others and ourselves.
- Duration – 10 weeks, 1hr per week
- Date/Time – Monday’s from 3.30-4.30pm
