Clinical Experience

Paula has been a Speech and Language Therapist since 2003, working in the NHS for over 16 years. Paula worked with children with a range of communication needs. She was the lead therapist in the under-5s autism assessment team and worked in the learning disabilities autism diagnostic team.

Since 2019, Paula has worked in the private sector in specialist neurodevelopmental teams carrying out autism and ADHD assessment with children, adults and young people. Paula has also held senior leadership positions within the ND teams.
