Eleanor holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of East Anglia. While completing her undergraduate degree, she worked as a medical secretary for a neurodevelopmental service and as a lifestyle coordinator in a care home, supporting the well-being of older adults living with dementia.
She now contributes to neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people across private and NHS Right to Choose pathways. Eleanor is trained in the ADHD Child Evaluation (ACE) diagnostic interview and assists in carrying out 1:1 ADHD observations.
Committed to making psychological thinking more accessible, she offers psychoeducation sessions to young people and writes regularly for the website’s blog.
