I qualified from University of Birmingham as a Clinical Psychologist in 2020 and am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Since qualifying I have worked in a Learning Disability Forensic Service and have recently joined as a Clinical Lecturer at UEA.
I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, with a particular emphasis on working with people with a learning disability and/or neurodevelopmental conditions. I have a keen interest in ensuring that clinical assessments and interventions are delivered in a meaningful and accessible format. I am trained to administer and code the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and have worked with individuals across the life span to provide support through diagnostic processes.
In addition, I have been involved in research with children and young people following trauma and have continued my research in the area of child PTSD.
