Help for PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance)
If you are using private healthcare insurance, most insurance companies require a referral letter to us from your GP before we arrange any appointments. When we carry out your assessment or any therapy, you will need to provide details of the insurance company, your policy number and your claim number. (We are on the providers list of most of the major health insurance companies in the UK.)
If you are not paying through an insurance company, please contact us and we will explain the costs. Our assessments are tailored to meet the needs of the individual, so the price can vary.
If you are an adult (or the parent, carer or advocate for an adult) who suspects you may have Autism, PDA or Asperger’s Syndrome, you may be able to approach your GP to establish if it is possible for them to commission your assessment. We are happy to discuss this on your behalf if you ask your GP to contact us directly.
