Advocates help you to feel less alone, they provide a voice for you when you feel like yours is not being listened to and they use their extensive professional experience to ensure that you and your child get what you need and are legally entitled to. 

Our advocacy support is bespoke and tailored specifically to your needs. Advocates have different specialisms and we’ll ensure that you are working with the person who understands your specific circumstances the best.

Sunshine Academy is a bit like Netflix for SEND. For just £10.99 per month you get access to over 200 courses on a variety of topics including Autism, ADHD and PDA. Whatever you need to know more about, you are going to find it on Sunshine Academy.

Alternatively, we also run a whole host of live and in-person events every week. Joining live is a great opportunity to be able to ask specific questions to our expert speakers. You’ll find our calendar of events here.

There’s also our Sunshine Support where we have a load of downloadable resources so you can read and learn about things like the EHCP process, indicators for ADHD, autism or PDA and reasonable adjustments which can be made, alternative education provisions and so much more. Here at Sunshine Support, we are well-known for our Cuppa&Chat sessions. These are two-hour meet ups either online or at our venues in Derby or Wales where SEND parents can come together to share the week’s wins and struggles in a safe, supportive space. 

Led by Emma and her team of experts, Cuppa&Chat is the ideal place to come along to and realise that you are not alone. There is a whole host of people out there who get what you are going through.
