INITIAL ENQUIRY PROCESS
If you wish to book/enquire about assessments, in the first instance please contact us via the appropriate email address below, outlining your requirements. We try to respond to all initial emails within 24 hours, during the working week.
Should you ring the Help for Psychology office your call will be answered by one of our administration team, who will be able to briefly explain our assessment process to you.
Please note that these members of our team are not clinically trained and will, therefore, be unable to answer any specific questions that relate to your child, or advise on any difficulties you may currently be experiencing.
We do offer a free initial screening service, which will be explained in our response to your initial email enquiry. The information you provide within the screening documents is evaluated by a qualified Clinical Psychologist, and you will receive feedback about the most appropriate next step to help you.
It should be noted that we are not able to offer crisis support. Nor can we offer specific advice about behaviour management or school placements, without having first met you and your child.
