Clinical Psychologist at Help for Psychology

Clinical Experience

I am an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, and I completed my doctorate in 2025 from the University of East Anglia. I have over 15 years of experience working clinically with groups, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Forensic services, Eating Disorders, and crisis support for young people.

I have experience in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), as well as delivering cognitive assessments.
