I am an HCPC registered and BPS chartered psychologist (CPsychol) on the basis of qualifications and training I have received in the UK and abroad. I have many years of highly specialist clinical experience and a career-long interest in the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental conditions.
I have many years of experience working as a Clinical Psychologist in many NHS and private clinical settings carrying out formal diagnostic assessments for children with social communication difficulties and related neurodevelopmental conditions. I am currently the Neurodevelopmental Lead in a community CAMHS team.
Previously, I worked as a research fellow at the University of Southampton’s Developmental Brain-Behaviour Lab. I was involved in a number of projects, including a large clinical trial assessing the efficacy of different types of interventions in improving outcomes for children with neurodevelopmental conditions.
My PhD thesis focused on the design and the evaluation of a novel intervention programme for children of a preschool age who were assessed to be at risk for ADHD.
