Charlotte Reid graduated from the University of Reading in 2024 with a BPS-accredited BSc in Psychology with Professional Placement. During her degree, she completed a placement year within a children’s domestic abuse recovery service, supporting families in a trauma-informed therapeutic setting.

Since graduating, Charlotte has worked as a SEND Teaching Assistant, supporting children with a range of neurodevelopmental difficulties. She has also worked as a Family Support Practitioner within the Early Childhood and Family Service, providing tailored support to children aged 0–5 with SEND and other complex needs, alongside their families.
