My Background

I am an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of experience working in both adult and child mental health and neurodevelopment. I have expertise in specialist areas such as eating disorders, chronic fatigue, and community and inpatient mental health settings. I also have significant experience in assessment of autism and ADHD.

I have received training in Sensory Integration up to Module 2 and Sensory Attachment, which I incorporate into my practice to support individuals with complex sensory needs. Additionally, I am trained in ADOS and ADIR assessments, as well as the ACIA and RAADS tools, enabling me to carry out comprehensive, evidence-based assessments for a range of neurodevelopmental conditions. I am also experienced in delivering ADHD assessments and am a certified ADHD coach.

For the past three years, I have been in leadership roles, where I have honed my skills in team management, service development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. My approach is always person-centred, with a focus on empowering individuals to overcome challenges and improve their quality of life through tailored interventions.

With my diverse skill set and passion for supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I work with.
