
Dr Juliette Puig
Dr Juliette Puig is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 14 years of experience across the NHS, private and voluntary sectors. Her clinical expertise lies in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism and ADHD, often alongside complex mental health presentations such as eating disorders, trauma and anxiety.
Juliette is ADOS-2 trained and currently offers neurodevelopmental assessments and developmental histories. She has led on the design and implementation of specialist neurodiverse pathways within both inpatient and community settings, ensuring accurate diagnostic outcomes and tailored therapeutic interventions.
Juliette is passionate about providing neuroaffirmative, trauma-informed care. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic models, including CBT, CAT, EMDR and systemic approaches, to support clients with neurodiversity. Her therapeutic work includes both individual and group formats and she regularly collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centred care.
She currently holds a senior psychology role in an inpatient setting and also works in private practice, where she provides therapy and assessments for individuals with a range of needs. In addition, she is a visiting lecturer and a published researcher, with a strong foundation in clinical supervision and service development.
