I qualified from the University of East Anglia in 2022, and have been working with children and adults with long-term health conditions. My clinical psychology doctorate training means I have experience using a wide range of psychological approaches across the lifespan.
During my training, I had experience working with neurodiverse populations across settings, including in the community and in a forensic setting. These primarily included individuals with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities. I am passionate about accessibility and aim to work with individuals and the people around them in a way that is adapted to their needs.
My personal familial experience of Autism assessment and diagnosis has made me particularly interested in supporting people with neurodevelopmental conditions. I have been involved in research investigating the effectiveness of third-wave therapy for
children and adolescents, which has recently been published in the British Journal of Clinical Psychology.
