
My Background
Lauren Nesbitt is an Assistant Psychologist with a first-class BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. After completing her degree, she trained as a primary school teacher and received her PGCE from the University of Suffolk.
Lauren has taught in schools across Norfolk and Suffolk, including an autism specialist school. Her experiences in the education system developed her knowledge of Autism, Pathological Demand Avoidance and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Before joining the Help For Psychology Team, Lauren worked therapeutically with neurodiverse people as an Assistant Psychologist. She is developing her experience delivering standardised assessments to contribute to multiple disciplinary neurodiversity diagnostic assessments.
