I am an Assistant Psychologist with a first-class BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology from the University of Brighton, and I was awarded the British Psychological Society prize for the highest overall mark in my cohort. I was also awarded the Tony Gale prize as my dissertation achieved top marks at my university.
Since graduating, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including the Children Assessment Unit at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, the Norfolk Community Eating Disorder Service, the Central Youth Service (Children, Family, and Young People’s Service), and now Help4Psychology.
I know first-hand that every individual is walking a different journey. I have always felt very passionate about making a positive difference to people’s wellbeing and helping them live as healthy and fulfilling a life as possible.
